Growing up in the small town of La Fontaine, Indiana, India Ulshafer always dreamed of living in a vibrant city. That dream became a reality when she relocated to Middle Tennessee in 2023, and she quickly realized she had found the place she was meant to call home. Today, she proudly serves buyers throughout Middle Tennessee, helping others find that same sense of home.
Before beginning her real estate career, India earned a degree in Political Science with a minor in Peace Studies from Manchester University. Her education provided a strong foundation in communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation—skills that have become invaluable in helping clients navigate one of life's biggest financial decisions with confidence.
India's passion for real estate began long before she became an agent. As a child, she spent hours browsing homes online and dreaming about beautiful architecture and interior design. Years later, while visiting Nashville, she found herself once again exploring local listings and realized she wanted to help others find homes they would love. That passion, combined with her previous career in chiropractic care and physical therapy, reflects her lifelong commitment to improving people's lives through service, education, and genuine care.
She especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and relocation clients. Having relocated to Tennessee herself, India understands both the excitement and uncertainty that come with moving to a new place. She is passionate about educating her clients, simplifying the home buying process, and ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

When she's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, India enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and beloved pets.
