About Jennifer Cooke

Jennifer Cooke has built a career at the intersection of business, music, and relationships that last.

After graduating from UCLA, she got her start at Kragen and Company before moving to Nashville in 1989 to join Blanton & Harrell. Over the next two decades, she became a key part of the management team for singer/songwriter Amy Grant—a relationship that has now spanned more than 35 years. In 2009, Jennifer stepped out on her own and continues to serve as Amy’s sole manager.

Along the way, Jennifer developed a parallel passion for real estate—buying, selling, and investing in homes throughout the Nashville area. What started as personal interest grew into a second career, where she now helps clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with clarity and confidence.

Whether working with an iconic music artist or helping someone purchase or sell real estate, Jennifer brings the same steady approach to every client: thoughtful guidance, attention to detail, and a reputation built on trust. She is known for being both a strong advocate and a calm problem-solver, especially when the stakes are high.

Deeply rooted in the Nashville community, Jennifer is a Red Cross Tiffany Circle Lifetime Member and serves on the Lipscomb University College of Entertainment and Arts Advisory Board as well as Unwavering Resolve. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Music Program (Class of 2001).

She lives in Nashville with her family and remains committed to the relationships—personal and professional—that have defined her life and career.
