About Jonathan Dodson

I was born and raised in Murfreesboro and am proud to call this wonderful community home. Family is at the center of everything I do, and I am blessed to share life with my amazing wife and our five children.

My path to real estate is a little different than most. After graduating high school, I joined the United States Marine Corps, where I proudly served for eight years. That experience shaped who I am today—instilling discipline, integrity, leadership, and a deep commitment to service. I gained lifelong friendships and invaluable life skills that continue to guide my professional career.

Following my military service, I spent 14 years in the telecommunications industry, managing sales operations and deliverables. While successful, I eventually felt called to something more hands-on and people-focused. I transitioned into home repairs and remodeling, where I quickly discovered my true passion: helping people and bringing their visions to life.

That passion naturally led me to real estate. In 2019, I began my full-time real estate career with a clear focus on serving others, building trust, and helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. In 2024, I founded the Dodson Home Team to further elevate the level of service, expertise, and care we provide to our clients.
