About Judy Williams

Judy Williams is a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for helping clients find not just a house, but a place to truly call home. Originally from Cleveland, Tennessee, Judy brings a deep-rooted appreciation for the region along with a wealth of experience shaped by a dynamic career and diverse life experiences across the country.

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with additional studies at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, Judy spent over 25 years in the broadcasting industry, primarily in television sales management. Her extensive background in sales and marketing—spanning more than three decades—gives her a distinct advantage when it comes to positioning homes effectively and negotiating successfully on behalf of her clients.

Judy’s connection to real estate began early, inspired by her father, a respected developer in East Tennessee who completed 24 developments and played an active role in regional economic growth. That foundation, combined with her own desire for a more rooted lifestyle after years of relocating in broadcasting, led her to transition into real estate—a field she has now thrived in for over 20 years.

Specializing in luxury properties, Judy is especially passionate about working with buyers and thrives on the excitement of “the hunt” to find the perfect home. Her keen eye for design and décor allows her to help clients envision a home’s full potential, whether buying or selling. Having personally bought and styled multiple homes over the years, she brings both expertise and a creative touch to every transaction.

Now based in Franklin, Tennessee, Judy returned to the Nashville area in 2020 after previously living in Brentwood, drawn back by her love for the community and lifestyle Middle Tennessee offers. She is proud to be part of Onward Real Estate, where the strong leadership, collaborative culture, and commitment to education align with her values.

Judy is an active member of the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS® and has been recognized as Volunteer of the Year for Monroe Harding Children’s Home. She also served on the board of the Hope Heart Institute in Seattle, Washington, and is a member of the Leadership Council at Onward. Her professional achievements include ranking in the Top 10 in her office and being a member of the Top 25 Sales Club.

Judy works alongside her husband, Dick, combining their 40+ years of real estate experience to provide clients with exceptional service and insight. Outside of real estate, she enjoys entertaining in her home, where she brings her creativity to life through thoughtfully curated dinner parties, complete with custom menus and beautifully styled tablescapes—her signature “Best Seat in the House” experience.
