About Lucy Studer

Lucy was born and raised in Los Angeles. After working in the film industry for a couple of years, she fled LA and traveled the U.S. and Europe, exploring and experiencing other cultures and architecture, lived in New Orleans for 6 years and finally settled in Nashville in 2018.

She has maintained an innate passion for helping others throughout her life, whether it be babysitting since she was 10, working in the airport as a ticketing agent for the last 12 years, or as a postpartum doula over the last few; she loves to assist others. She has a huge heart that can hold space for others, speaks up for those who are unable, and believes in being of service. Her perception and understanding of human nature is her guiding force.

All of these things have led Lucy to where she is today: a budding agent in the world of real estate. Although she may be new to the game, she was born to bargain and work with people; there isn’t a good deal that she can’t find. Her goal is to make the home buying process as seamless as possible, whether it be your first time finding your starter home, your last time settling into your final dream home, or anywhere in between, Lucy will be there to help you find exactly what you are looking for with determination and a smile on her face. 

Coming from a family of artists, Lucy has the bug as well. In her spare time she can be found painting, making tie-dye, or with a camera in her hand. She loves to read, travel, listen to live music and spend time outdoors with her dogs.
