About Madeleine Donkin

Born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee, Madeleine Donkin brings a strong background in sales, marketing, and client relationships to the world of real estate. She attended the University of Tennessee Knoxville, where she studied Communication and Psychology, combining her passion for people with a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach.

For the past seven years, Madeleine has worked in sales and marketing for new construction homes, gaining valuable experience in the homebuilding industry and helping clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. She recently joined forces with her mother, a seasoned real estate professional with more than 15 years of experience, to expand her knowledge and serve clients through all areas of residential real estate.

Madeleine lives in Whites Creek, Tennessee with her husband, Landon, their son Wilson, and their two black labs, Nala and Lincoln. As a wife and mother herself, she understands how meaningful finding the right home can be — whether it’s a place to raise a family, begin a new chapter, or take the first step toward building long-term equity.

She is passionate about helping clients feel confident throughout the buying and selling process while creating an experience that feels personal, seamless, and exciting from start to finish.
