Meet Ron

After 30 years in the hospitality industry, I’m excited to begin a new chapter as a real estate agent with Onward Real Estate in Nashville’s Green Hills office.
My career has always been about people. I spent the last 30 years working in Cape May, New Jersey, an historic resort town where I learned the value of creating meaningful experiences, paying attention to the details, and making people feel welcome and cared for. Before that, I spent years as a bartender and server, including time working on Nashville’s historic Second Avenue, so Nashville has been a familiar and special place to me for a long time.
My experience also includes working as a personal fitness trainer, specializing in group fitness, meditation, and stress management. Whether in a restaurant, behind a bar, in a fitness studio, or now in real estate, I’ve always found the greatest satisfaction in working with people and being of service.
Real estate feels like a natural next step. Buying or selling a home is a significant life decision, and I’m looking forward to bringing the same attentiveness, patience, professionalism, and genuine care that have guided me throughout my career.
I’m excited to be part of the Onward Real Estate team and to build new relationships while helping people find a place they’re proud to call home.
