In 2014 Wendy began what she thought would be a part time gig in Real Estate that quickly turned into a full time career.  Planning to be a solo Agent, she met Marilyn Newsom on her first day as a Realtor and has been on her Team ever since.

Wendy is a member of Leading Real Estate of the World, a member of the National Assoc of Realtors and Middle Tn Association of Realtors. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist, an Accredited Buyer's Representative, a Pricing Strategy Advisor, and a two time attendee of the Ninja skills installation. With over 11+ years in Real Estate and access to 50+ years of experience with top rated Agents on her team, The Newsom Team, you will work with experts in the local market with access to Worldwide resources.

With her competitive side, desire to help people, and background in customer service, she found a niche in Real Estate. When she is not working, she believes it is very important to have a strong work-family balance. You can find her at a local work out class, trying out the new restaurants, visiting their children, Parker and Ashlyn, at The University of Tennessee Knoxville, or planning her next getaway with her husband, Jon.
